David is the President of DEI, a social media marketing agency in LA, and discusses in this presentation how the landscape has evolved over the last ten years with a unique perspective on ethics in social media and word of mouth marketing. He was a founding member of WOMMA and shares with us their history, including their development of an industry code of ethics - which the FTC has considered a valuable framework.
