Qualifications:

  • 7+ years being passionate about innovation, creativity and or making money.
  • 7+ years demonstrated ability of intelligence and forward thinking.
  • 3+ years experience making something out of nothing.
  • 3+ years experience in sales, presentations, marketing, leadership, PR, website design, accounting, training, human resources, business development, finance, information technology, legal, planning and strategy, banking, customer service, account management, and media a plus, but not required.
  • Proven ability to make investors money a plus, but not required.
  • College education a plus, but not required.
  • Startup experience a plus, but not required.
  • Wealthy friends and family a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Qualified candidate must refrain from pulling his or her hair out during what will undoubtedly be one of the most stressful periods in your life.
  • Evaluating and decision-making of basically everything.
  • Recruiting of the first 30 or so employees, and then someone else will likely be responsible for that.
  • Managing employees, their personal lives, baggage and short-comings while appreciating them like family.
  • Being relentless, passionate, and charismatic while being a rock-solid, iron-fisted negotiator, boss and businessperson. 
  • Comfortable with possibility of financial budgeting and control of someone elses money in lieu of equity.
  • Make profit and grow or be shot and cast out of society as a washed-up has been.

Compensation:

  • Competitive base and bonus model may be possible upon success.
  • Extreme compensation may be possible upon formulative exit strategy including but not limited to an acquisition or IPO.
