we do use words to mean different things. When I talk about strategies in this article, I am talking about areas of focus. I don't believe there can be one strategy as I define them. There can be a singular direction for a company or organization. Strategy does get muddled with planning often times and as we continue to move faster and faster, I believe this will continue to happen.

Kenny- I believe their definition was around achieving what the strategy stated it would achieve or result in. And yes, our big plans often look wonderful in that binder we put on the shelf and very rarely result in the type of overwhelming success we anticipate!
