Insightly is not so much a project management and CRM tool as a jack of all trades … if you want to manage ‘projects’ with clients and have a shared space then checkout Insightly. And its from Perth – Australia, so that must be a good thing?

Capsule CRM
Capsule CRM is one of the new breed of Social CRM services – its cloud based, has most of the features you’d expect from a CRM platform and it’s contact details can include links for Twitter, LinkedIn, etc – you’ll notice it tries to find a photo for everyone of your contacts automagically.
Capsule CRM is £8 a month, which is hard to beat. It also has a free version.
