Stacey gives us a pointer to Michael Robertson’s newest project, Dealipedia. His hope is to offer a crowdsourced wiki to find out ‘who paid what for companies and how much the founders made.’ Very cool. Stacey warns would-be contributors, “Any enterprising lawyer (or reporter) could probably flip through the details on unreported deals and glean who the loose lips are. Happy hunting.”
