I had the pleasure of moderating a webcast panel today, sponsored by SAP, about “How to Keep Your Best Customers and People in Tough Times” with Bill Dunkelberg, Paul Greenberg and Tim Crane.  Good stuff about finding opportunity in chaos (capturing new customers from imperiled competitors) and reaffirming relationships with existing customers (who knows where they’ll end up!) during the tough months (not too many, we hope) ahead.

The three experts’ mantras?  Bill Dunkelberg has “been there, done that. This too shall pass.  Endure.” Paul I’m-A-New Yorker-So-I-Always-Use-A-Lot-Words Greenberg? “Engage as much as you can, and communicate! Listen to what your customers have to say, especially your existing customers, who can help you.”  Tim? “Intimacy.”  Continue the conversation on LinkedIn, where you can search for Bill Dunkelberg’s question on the topic, comment here, or link to the archive here if you want details.  This is going to be a hot topic for a while…
