Why do I love this presentation? Why does it make my morning? Slide 10. It shows the boss and he lists two reasons why he should invest in something:
1. It will result in a cost reduction...
2. It will generate more revenues...
That's the basics of ROI for business: social media or not. An investment will generate either a cost reduction or more revenues.
As social media begins to grow up there, will be more talk about these two things, cost reductions and more revenues, and social media's role bringing those to the business.
