2)            Have a Purpose

4)            Have a Mission

What is your brand’s purpose? It is an important aspect to consider. Without one, you will lack direction. Your followers also need to know what your mission is and if they can relate to it.

Your mission is about your passion, and it becomes the reason for which you started. It should encourage you every day to go and work for the brand. You need a mission statement that explains why your movement exists.

When people read the mission statement, they should find answers to every aspect of the organization.

5)            Know Your Competitors

Before establishing your organization, you need to know who your competitors are in the market. Once you find them, look for ways to build a brand that is different from theirs even if your products and services may be the same. Know their strong points and weak ones as well and leverage on them.

Create a brand that customers would gladly choose you over your competitors. Your brand name should be easy to remember and relate to compared to others. Remember to stand out in the crowd. Try to be different for one to lay sight on you fast.
